About Imelda
I am an Native English speaker, with a passion to teach or improve the spoken language for kids and adults.
I try and create my lesson plans to match the learning style of my students, always ensuring to keep the student interested and engaged in the lesson.

My teaching method is dependent on the learning style of the student: visual, auditory or kinesthetic.
It may also depend on the lesson or topic being covered ie. If the lesson plan is to teach verbs I will use a combination of visual aid, exercise and games.
A typical lesson plan is about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the age of the student, generally matching the attention span especially for kindergarten students.
I will take the time to understand the learning style of each of my students, and then customize my lesson plans to suit their learning style and needs.
Students will experience a love for learning the language.
