I hold European academic training:
Bachelor’s Degree — Latvian Academy of Culture
Master’s Degree (MA) — Theatre Academy of Helsinki
Additionally, I have specialized in motor learning and health, integrating scientific tools and methodologies applied to rehabilitation through Cicade Capacitaciones, with emphasis on kinesiology, posturology, physical conditioning, and neurosciences applied to movement.

With 25 years of experience in movement pedagogy and 10 years accompanying processes of prevention, rehabilitation, and wellbeing in populations with diverse health conditions, my work is grounded in a constant dialogue between balance and limit. I understand movement as a territory where the physical, cognitive, emotional, and neurophysiological dimensions converge.
