About Marcelle

Love and Empathy are the driving force of all I do to help other people succeed. As a Life and Relationship Coach I hold a few key characteristics that help me guide you and I can list a few of them.
1- Active Listening- I am fully present in our conversation to understand your needs and challenges.
2- Non Judgmental Communication- I am concise, clear and I confront my client`s old idea patterns in love, to bring new insights, convey guidance and bring feedback that resonates with them.
3- Non Directive Guidance - I rather encourage self reflection than bring ready answers for you because I do not detain the truth. I work with (PWQ- Powerful Wisdom Questions) to empower you to find the best solutions.
4- Problem Solving Skills- I will survey you to identify obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.
5- Accountability and Integrity- I will professionally hold you accountable for your progress while maintaining total confidentiality in this process maintaining a good work ethic as well as building trust and credibility.
6-Adaptability and Positive Mindset- You are unique so my approach has to suit your unique needs, yet the positive mindset is a common factor present in each of our sessions.

With a background in education and counseling I have guided clients through transformative journeys of self-discovery, emotional stability, and personal empowerment for over 6 years.

Specializing in areas such as communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and relationship building, I have worked closely with individuals to create personalized action plans that lead to lasting change. Whether it’s overcoming personal obstacles, improving relationship dynamics, or achieving life goals. My empathetic and solution-focused approach provides the tools and support needed for your success.
