About Oriol
I am currently a Translation and Interpreting student at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, specializing in the translation of English and Japanese. English has always had a vital importance in my career, using it in most cases much more often than my own native languages. I have lived and worked both in London and Tokyo, and just as I have an almost native level of English, Japanese, unfortunately, still resists me a bit.

My teaching method is always adjusted to the specific needs of the student, although I like to emphasize the importance of oral expression naturally and spontaneously, as well as the correct pronunciation of the language. My philosophy is that it is useless knowing the grammar perfectly if your brain is not able to think naturally and fluently in English.
