About Mary
Hi, I’m Mary, a recent Trinity College Dublin graduate in Earth System Science with a strong passion for biology, particularly cellular biology and genetics. I’ve always loved understanding how biological systems work at both the microscopic and wider environmental scale, and I genuinely enjoy helping others understand topics that can initially feel overwhelming.
Through my science degree, fieldwork and research experience, I’ve developed strong analytical skills and a disciplined approach to studying complex material.
I’m patient, friendly and organized, and I aim to help students build confidence, improve exam performance and feel more interested in science.

Hi, I’m Mary, a recent Trinity College Dublin science graduate offering support in cellular biology for Leaving Cert and introductory university students. My lessons are tailored to each student depending on what they need help with, whether that’s understanding cell processes, genetics, molecular biology, exam preparation or improving confidence in difficult topics.
I focus on breaking complex biological processes into simple explanations and using diagrams, active recall and exam questions to help students retain information. Lessons are supportive, personalized and typically last one hour online or in Dublin. My goal is to make biology feel far more manageable and interesting.
