About Darya
I am a classically trained trumpet player with over a decade's experience, currently studying at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (CCI). I have received my training in Singapore where I have played in orchestra and many ensembles, also being a student of School of the Arts Singapore for 4 years where I majored in trumpet. I am extremely passionate about music and enjoy a variety of different styles, being open-minded and mindful of the students' needs.

I believe in a more laid-back approach and I aim to help students tackle performance anxiety in exams or other settings. I am open to helping students with exams or genres of their choice, and hope to help them foster a passion for not just the trumpet but everything about music. I focus on a variety of different basic abilities and warm-ups to help students improve their playing, both from method books and from what I have learned from my teachers over the course of my learning journey.
