About Richard
I am a very highly qualified Personal Trainer Massage Therapist, and Lecturer / Tutor with an extensive range of experience and qualifications obtained in the UK and Australia. I have over 20 years of industry experience treating / training clients, working within gyms/clinics and mobile service as well as being a business proprietor. I have also had 13 years experience as a Trainer / Assessor for The Natural Health Academy and TAFEsa, in Adelaide South Australia. My qualifications include: Certificate IV in Massage, Diploma Holistic Massage, Diploma Sports & Remedial Massage, Diploma Remedial Massage (Sports Specialization) Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping, Dry Needling, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Complex Lymphatic Therapy, Oncology Massage, Certificate IV in Fitness and Nutrition & Diet.
