About Rita
My experience includes teaching in the public school classroom, but it is working with students who are homeschooling that has taught me the most about how kids learn. I homeschooled my daughter who went to Berkeley. I now homeschool my grandchildren and oversee classes at a learning center. My goal is always to help students understand how they best learn and use that to be successful in school and in life.

I have 30 years teaching and tutoring language arts (literature and writing), as well as history. I also created a CA charter school that focused on homeschool students and teaching to each students unique learning style. Each student has a unique preference for how they learn best!
