About Bradi

I am a two-sport collegiate athlete who has collectively played 8 different competitive sports over the last 22 years. I have given many lessons in specific sports, overall fitness, health and well-being. If you can tell me what you're wanting or your goals, I can help.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based off of the client. A "one size fits all" teaching methodology is not beneficial. Sport, fitness, age, mentality and so many other factor into what type of teaching suits best. Being open-minded and patient are the most important things for the teacher.
