I am Tanya's daughter.
She has been writing for as long as I can remember. She loves teaching because she loves interacting with others, and sharing her knowledge. She also really enjoys sharing her passion for English language and literacy, and seeing inspiration spark in her students. It gives her genuine joy.
She is very committed to her students, and loves learning alongside them.

I have worked with Tanya for the last four years in an Australian government internal communications team she has been leading. We have faced a number of challenges along the way. Tanya has always balanced her highly valued professionalism with a warmth and compassion that has endeared her to all who have worked with her. She always wants our work to be the best it can be, but she also maintains perspective and approachability throughout product development. I have learnt so much from Tanya over the years; the lessons and insight she has given me have always made both me and the work better. If I had a piece of literature I was working on, there’s no one I would trust more to help me, nor whose opinion, experience and expertise I would value more.
