About Priyankar

I am Priyankar Majumder, a Chemistry postgraduate student at University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland, with a strong academic and research background in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, and Catalysis. I hold an MSc in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University.

Over the past several years, I have worked as a researcher at leading institutions in India, including Jadavpur University, IIT Guwahati, IISER Kolkata, and IIT Bhilai. My research experience spans synthetic organic chemistry, transition-metal catalysis, reaction development, hypervalent iodine chemistry, carbon dioxide utilization, and polymer-based drug delivery systems. I have co-authored multiple research papers published in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals, demonstrating my commitment to scientific excellence and continuous learning.

As a tutor, I combine deep subject knowledge with a patient and supportive teaching style. I focus on helping students understand the fundamental principles of Chemistry rather than relying solely on memorization. About the lesson

Hello! My name is Priyankar, and I am passionate about helping students understand and excel in Chemistry. My teaching approach focuses on building strong conceptual foundations while making learning engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

**Teaching Methodology**
I use a student-centered approach, adapting lessons to each learner's needs, pace, and goals. I explain concepts step by step, use real-world examples, and provide plenty of practice questions to strengthen understanding and problem-solving skills. I encourage active participation and ensure that students gain confidence in applying Chemistry concepts independently.
