About Poojaa
I have been passionate about teaching from a very young age, and it truly brings me joy to share knowledge and help others grow. For me, tutoring is not just about explaining concepts, but about creating an environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in their abilities. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Accounting and Financial Management at UCD. Alongside my academic background, I have one year of tutoring experience in Economics and Accounting, as well as professional experience in the corporate sector, which allows me to connect classroom learning with real-world applications.

I believe learning becomes easier when concepts are explained clearly and then applied to real-life examples. My approach to tutoring focuses on breaking down complex topics in Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Business Studies into simple, understandable parts. I encourage students to ask questions and then practice through problem-solving, ensuring their doubts are cleared along the way. A typical lesson lasts around 60–75 minutes, and I am flexible to add extra sessions when required. My classes are interactive, with a balance of explanations, and worked examples, so that students gain both conceptual clarity and exam confidence.
