About Cynthia
American, from the Midwest, I attended UCLA and graduated with a degree in Economics. I moved to Paris, France immediately after graduation. I live in Paris for over 20 years and now split my time between the US and France. My first professional experience was to teach English to French executives. >I gained their trust and was eventually hired by a client to work on his team at a prestigious French Investment Bank. Since then, I married, became a mother and returned to what I love doing: Teaching English.

Adults and Children learning English (Beginners) : I break up the lesson into 3 parts. Basic vocabulary, reading and conversation. You choose what area you want to work on the most. The lessons are engaging and interesting because I tailor them to your interests, hobbies and professional needs. I also advise you on extra practice. For children I may ask you to use a work book.
Coaching for adults: First step is to do a quick test to know your level and then we set up a plan that includes determining your goals and a roadmap to get there. I have coached my clients to prepare for a job interview, write professional documents and speeches. I use role play to make you a confident speaker. I also prepare families moving abroad for faster and better integration.
