About Abdul-Aaghier
I love creating and working with creatives. What draws me to pick up a new project is how other people see the world and then creating different lenses in which we can view certain things. It’s all about where you are sitting in the room. Teaching gives me such joy because I can transfer my knowledge. Taught what I have learned.

I teach a disciplined technique focused on ballet and contemporary and floor barre. The ballet part of the technique focus on all the technical parts of what the choreographic section requires, whereas the contemporary technique teaches the release and the floor bare the alignment of the body and all this is designed into one class to give the student a full understanding of the technique
