About Tatum
I am an undergrad teacher with 11 years practical experience managing and teaching learners. I have started setting up school libraries and then as finances allowed, tried to complete my B.eD degree. My skill set includes excellent communicative skills, I work well with groups as well as individual learners. Children learn on different platforms so it is imperative that I get to know the child in order for them to get the most out of the tutoring classes. I have great administrative skills, liaise well with parents and have a holistic view to approaching a task.

My teachings methods are always based on who the child, what style the child learns and and then constant involvement of the child I tutor. The child need to understand that they are not always the learner but can also be the educator. By allowing the child to lead you,you create the space for the child to trust that what you offer is not only a one sided affair but a growth process of both people. Children need to understand that they are more than what they sometimes believe. every child learns differently and therefore teaching methods needs to be based on the need of the child to excell.
