My rates are slightly under average to keep tutoring affordable as that's what matters first. In terms of travelling I wouldn't need to be compensated for it unless it's extremely far and out of my way. I can offer a reduced cost of tutoring via webcam as it saves time and is a more viable option for a fixed schedule.
