About Maisie
Literature has always had a hold of me. I didn't ever think it could be a serious academic pursuit, yet after pursuing the sciences up until A-Level, I realised the subject is incredibly interdisciplinary, and informs our perspective and global existence. I constantly craft stories, especially for children, would love to read more than my waking eyes will sometimes allow. I was fast-tracked at school to take my English literature and language GCSEs early, which allowed me to take an A-Level in Critical Thinking during this time.

I am in all facets adaptable to the specific support you require. If you believe you would like some support, or a point of communication, do be in touch and we can see whether my approach is suitable for you. I have experience teaching French children English as a foreign language, since I lived in Paris as an Au-Pair and taught many of the children at our local school. Additionally, I have two younger sisters still in the UK secondary education system so am familiar with the curriculum through supporting them.
