About Diyar
I am in the second year of my undergraduate degree, studying English and related literature and I research children's and young adult literature. I have been interested in teaching since primary school and took up tutoring in secondary school and have been doing it ever since. My main subject to teach is English literature and language, but sometimes I teach History, Drama and Theatre Studies as well.

I have been tutoring professionally for 3 years and my lessons are usually an hour long. I have mainly taught English Literature and Langauge at GCSE and A-Level, but am experienced in teaching beyond these qualifications. I usually conduct an informal test to identify the students' strengths and areas to improve and tailor my lessons accordingly. I make Quizlets cards and revision packs for my students to help them keep up their good work.
