About Prashon
My name is Prashon, I have recently left Watford Grammar School for Boys Sixth Form after doing A level Maths, Further Maths, Economics and English Language and Literature and I am going to The London School of Economics (LSE) to do a degree in Economics and Philosophy. I quite enjoy tutoring and teaching, having gained experience at WBGS as an English mentor and at The Triangle Learning Centre as an English and Maths Tutor. I believe students aren't able to perform their best if they are not comfortable, and whatever level you may be, as long as you are engaged, I will do my best to get the best results possible for you. Outside tutoring, I am an avid tennis and cricket fan, I love playing the guitar and also reading classics (my favourite books being Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky and 1984 by Orwell). I look forward to helping you with your studies.

Previously worked as a GCSE Maths and English Tutor at Triangle Learning Centre and as a GCSE English mentor in my secondary school, Watford Grammar School for Boys, I have a more verbal approach when it comes to understanding of a technique in English or a problem in Maths, but also recognise the need for practice as a student. Typical lessons last for an hour, but longer or shorter lessons are also available on request. My lessons are for either 11+ plus students preparing for their 11+ or SATS, or can be catered towards GCSE Maths and English students. I am also able to teach A level Maths and A level Economics and help with university applications and read through personal statements on request.
