About Lavannya
As a student myself I understand the impact a good tutor can have on you. As someone who is always keen on doing their best but also making sure the people around me are doing well too, I believe that tutoring is the best way to do so. Furthermore, I also know what it is like to not learn at the same pace as others so with me we will go as quickly as you want or as slow as you need to ensure that you are getting the best support possible to do your best.

My main teaching technique is usually based on the knowledge my student already has and using techniques that best suit them. Typically the lessons are an hour long but if extra support is needed they can be made longer. I have previously given lessons on techniques to memorise quotes and themes in preparation for GCSE English Literature exams but also writing techniques for both papers. For younger years I have focused on helping them with their spellings through the use of phonics and imagery.
