About Ellen
I am an undergraduate student attending the University of Edinburgh. However, with my time at school my grades were not what I was hoping for! Attending a grammar school increased the pressure. It was tutors and their focus on my strengths and weaknesses that helped build my confidence and learning style. Personal one-on-one sessions allowed for greater understanding of where I was lost, which can often be neglected at school.

I have very structured lessons to ensure all content is covered. Furthermore, I assess what revision and practical style each of my students prefer to ensure they can engage in the session. I went from predicted D/C at GCSE to obtaining A/B and continuing my studies to achieve well at A-levels. Lessons can range from 50 minutes to 2 hours. I believe the best way to achieve is to practise!
