Undergraduate studying at UCL that would be thrilled to teach flute for students at a beginner level up to grade 6. I'm based in Central London, but I am happy to travel up to 30 minutes.

About Beatrix
I am studying Human Sciences at University College London and practising for my flute diploma on the side, but I would love to bring more flute into my life. It would be especially fulfilling to motivate other flute players to progress to higher levels. Flute for me was never an 'extra-curricular', it was an aspect that was integral to my happiness and overall wellbeing. I hope to inspire this sort of relationship with music to other players.

My priority as a teacher is to make the wonderful world of music and flute accessible to the student regardless of age. I am happy to teach beginners at any age. I have grade 8 with distinction and I am preparing for my diploma at the moment (wish me good luck!), and it would really help me as a performer myself to teach others. My favourite eras are classical and romantic but I am of course well acquainted with baroque and modern styles too. I have performed from a young age in flute groups, jazz groups, big bands, orchestras at university level, and wind orchestras. My typical length of a lesson would be 30 to 40 minutes, depending on what you would prefer and what we will be covering.
