I am currently pursuing post-graduation (2020-21) LLM (specialization in Environmental laws from an university in New Delhi, and have completed my graduation from the B.B.A., LL.B., (H) (2014-19) batch, currently working as a Legal Associate at a law firm in Delhi.

Over the course of my education and employment, I have done drafting applications, letters, notices, and other legal documents; as well as coordination with various Senior Advocates and Locally placed Advocate’s across India and client coordination. Gradually, I have developed a keen interest in matters relating to Consumer laws, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy, and Various compliances under the Companies Act. I would like to develop expertise in this nascent area of law. I have also gained a considerable amount of experience in drafting Applications under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and Consumer laws, Appeals, Replies, Applications, Rejoinders, Demand Notices and Claim Forms on behalf of Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, and Resolution Professional.
