I had the pleasure of working alongside Tom during our last two placements, and in that time, I witnessed firsthand his exceptional teaching skills, organisational abilities and his talent for promoting a positive learning environment. He utilises a blended teaching style that balances traditional instruction with innovative practices, ensuring his students remain engaged and motivated. I truly admire Tom's ability to adapt his delivery of content to meet the unique learning needs of each student. Moreover, he is exceptional at creating an open, supportive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom. He encourages students to actively participate and engage in discussions, creating a space where their ideas and questions are valued. This not only helps students build confidence but also deepens their understanding of the material.
