I used to play tennis competitively when I was younger until I injured my knee so now main focus is fitness and challenging my body in so many different ways but also helping others challenge themselves too. I like to vary up the types of exercises I am performing

My teaching method is learn the basics then progressively overload from there! I like to make things fun, not boring and teach people new ways of learning and different exercise methods to incorporate into their own training. I love to push you outside your comfort zone
