About Rayya
I have recently completed my second year of reading Human, Social and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge, achieving a 2.1. I achieved three A* grades at A-Level (psychology, sociology and religious studies) and high grades at GCSE (including five grade 9's). My extra-curricular activities at university include BME Officer and Access Officer for the Cambridge Union and Student Ambassador for Sidney Sussex College. I recently spoke as a panellist at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in Westminster at an event aimed to make the prospect of a career with the FCDO and attending an elite university more accessible to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. I am also able to read Arabic and speak French at a limited working proficiency.

I currently welcome any GCSE/A-Level students undertaking essay subjects, especially psychology, sociology and religious studies (I achieved A*'s in each of these at A-Level). I also provide mentoring for the Oxbridge application process, having been through it myself. I am fortunate enough to be able to connect students to current Cambridge undergraduates in the subject they wish to study to help them with their application. My sessions include tailored lesson plans, exam questions provided by myself and feedback/session reviews via email after every lesson, along with homework to complete before the next session.
