About Hannah
I am an enthusiastic and kind teacher, dedicated to getting to know each student and catering specifically to their needs. As an Oxford graduate, my academic background is one of excellence, and I seek to inspire students to achieve the very best they can.
I have extensive experience tutoring, including 11+ for competitive schools, English language and literature at GCSE and A Level, and remedial or supplementary classes for students from reception to university level.
I love to personalise my teaching style, and to help students find elements of learning that they can enjoy and take pride in.

As a tutor, I’ve worked with students of a wide range of abilities and I’ve helped them to achieve grades far beyond their predictions. I am dedicated to working with students so that they can learn in whatever ways suit them best.
I typically teach for an hour, but I am happy to be flexible.
I’ve recently graduated from Trinity College, Oxford, with a 2:1 in Modern and Medieval Languages. I am now studying for a Masters of Research in History of Art at the University of Edinburgh. I have 9s in English literature and language at GCSE, and an A* at A Level. I applied to and got into 6 top North London private and grammar schools at 11+.
My knowledge of exam technique is detailed, and I am well-equipped to guide students towards reaching top marks. I’d love to support you in your studies to find as much enjoyment and make as much progress as possible.
