About Noa
Throughout my academic career I have always had inspiring and supportive teachers, as such I have always strived to give back and help students to enjoy and understand their studies better. I have tutored since the age of 15 at various levels and so I have a wealth of experience behind me to help students of different abilities and from different educational backgrounds. Aside from my studies I have been practising Tae Kwon-Do (TKD) since the age of 5 and hold a second degree black belt. During this time I also trained as an assistant instructor in TKD, which has further strengthened my teaching abilities. In all I am keen to help tutor the next generation of students and help them get the most out of their studies and schooling.

After completing a rigorous 3 year Experimental Psychology degree I have a wealth of experience in writing essays and lab reports as well as in statistical analysis (including coding experience). I also completed my A-level History and Religious Education courses with A*'s in both. With these experiences behind me my approach to working with students focuses on helping them develop critical thinking and analysis skills by engaging them in debates surrounding topics in their courses. I will also aid them in putting these skills on the page with essay help, which will include going through essay feedback from teachers and helping them explain what they are asking for and how to showcase this. I will also show them model answers from exam boards and go through them so that the student begins to pick out positives and highlighting areas of improvement from pieces of work - this will improve their exam technique and writing skills. I am also open to requests and suggestions from students on what teaching techniques help them and work best for them - I am there to help guide the student to achieve the best they possibly can and doing this involves building a relationship where we learn together and engage in interesting discussions so that tutoring is beneficial and enjoyable!
