About Nathan
I am a Linguistics student studying foreign language and have been studying Korean for six years. I have just started my Advanced Korean courses and have mentored and helped many friends in Korean courses below me who have all received 7's for such courses. Given that I am a very friendly, personable, and easy to talk to person I am suitable to tutor anyone at any age.

Given that I am a very friendly, personable and easy to talk to individual I feel that I am suitable to tutor anyone at any given age. Before I start a session I always like to inquire with the student on what they wish to get out of the lesson and if they have any goals they want to achieve by the end of it. I know that sometimes students can be shy and not want to answer the question so in that situation I like to set a goal for us anyway and be sure to achieve it just to be sure the student is getting something out of the lesson.
Being a language teacher I like to teach by explaining things in real life situations, and by giving a brief description around the topic and any other ways it may be used so that if the student comes across something similar surrounding that topic they can quickly figure out how and why it all makes sense. I feel that in doing this it gives the student the opportunity to teach themselves on their own as they go.
