About Vivien

I have been tutoring for 3 years, both privately and within tutoring centres which has provided me with professional experience and training; useful resources; and a great understanding of the curriculum and the best structure for lessons. I also have experience in online lessons and so can ensure there is no difference in quality.

I have 2 years of experience reading with lower level students in years 7 and 8. Furthermore I have volunteered with Rainbows (part of the Girlguiding Association) for a year, organising and carrying out activities for girls aged 5 to 7, therefore I have experience working with children of all age groups. Finally, I've tutored peers at GCSE in English, helping them to attain A* grades.

About the lesson

I'm a university student studying French and English literature. I have access to lots of resources to help your child learn in a fun and engaging way, and will tailor lessons to suit and stretch children of all abilities. I have a great understanding of the curriculum thanks to my experience and so lessons will always be relevant and complement your child's in-school learning! I am passionate about all subjects and always try to share that passion with my students. Finally, I have experience in online lessons and so can ensure there is no difference in quality.
