University student providing a fun way of achieving fitness through yoga and dance

I recently joined a dance class coached by Palak and she was marvellous !! Even though it was a batch of a few people she individually took turns to focus on each of us and gave us great tips for fitness and flexibility throughout . Definitely recommend taking classes from her.

Palak is an absolute blast to learn from!
She makes the class interesting and challenges everyone to give their best. Her confidence is an extra thing people take away from her class :) The teaching method that she applies, breaking down every single piece, works like a charm for me, a non-dancer.
I highly recommend learning dance from her cause she is so genuinely talented and such a happy soul!
