About Consuelo
Hi! I’m Consuelo, I’m from Chile, and I’d love to invite you to learn Spanish with me.
In my classes, we don’t just focus on grammar — though that’s important too — but also on the cultural and social side of the language, the part that makes Spanish come alive.
The goal is for us to “loosen the tongue,” as we say in Chile, so you can build the confidence to speak naturally — whether it’s ordering a coffee, making friends, or diving into deeper conversations.
And if your goal is academic, we can definitely work on that as well: readings, writing, or advanced discussions.
Most of all, I want you to enjoy learning Spanish in a practical, fun, and personalized way.
So if you’re looking to learn real Spanish, with confidence and at your own pace, I’d love to see you in class!

Hi, I’m Consuelo from Chile! Spanish is my native language, and I love helping people speak it naturally and confidently. I studied Sociology in Santiago, did a Master’s in Cultural Studies in London, and I’m now starting my PhD at the University of Bristol.
I’ve taught and tutored for years, so I know how to make lessons fun, practical, and tailored to your goals — whether that’s everyday conversation, travel, or academic success.
