About Savannah
I am a dual Georgia Tech graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a Master of Science in Bioinformatics. With a strong foundation in both life sciences and computational methodologies, I specialize in developing bioinformatics pipelines for cutting-edge research. Currently, I work as a professional bioinformatics pipeline developer, utilizing my expertise in Unix, Python, Groovy, Nextflow, and S3/cloud technologies to streamline data analysis workflows. My experience spans a wide range of bioinformatics tasks, from NGS data processing to complex data science applications. I am skilled in designing and optimizing pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating large-scale analysis in a cloud-based environment.
