About Nadirah

Rest assured, when you choose to learn with me, you're not just getting lessons; you're gaining access to a wealth of professional experience and industry insight. As a celebrity audio engineer currently signed with the legendary lead singer Larry Blackmon of funk band Cameo, my credentials speak volumes about my expertise and dedication to music. My background ensures that every lesson is not only educational but steeped in the real-world knowledge and techniques that have propelled artists to the top of their game. With me as your guide, you're not just learning to play or sing; you're learning what it takes to excel in the music industry.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is centered on personalization and fostering a deep love for music, combining traditional music theory with innovative techniques tailored to each student's unique needs and goals. A typical lesson plan begins with warm up exercises to refine technique and build foundational skills, followed by focused work on repertoire that challenges and inspires the student, whether it's classical, contemporary, or composing their own pieces. What sets me apart as a tutor is my extensive experience of over 15 years in both teaching and performing, coupled with a solid academic background in music production. This blend of practical knowledge and academic insight allows me to offer a comprehensive learning experience that not only improves technical ability but also enhances artistic expression and understanding of music theory. My lessons are designed for a wide range of students, from beginners seeking to explore their musical talents to advanced learners aiming to perfect their skills. I specialize in preparing students for performances, examinations, and personal growth, making my classes ideal for anyone passionate about piano and voice, regardless of age, level, or specific musical interests.
