About Court
I am a lacrosse player from Washington state in the USA. I attended Regis University in Denver, CO and went to the NCAA tournament 2 years in a row, the second year my team went to the final four. I am a goalie myself and currently play for the King's Women's Lacrosse team. I have familiarity with all of the positions in lacrosse and have been playing for just under 10 years. I also have a referee certification back in Washington, so I am very familiar with the rules.

Practice! Repetitions! But, GOOD repetitions. I believe that building strong muscle-memory is the key to success. Confidence, however, is also key and so as a coach I am tough but I love my players and I want nothing more than for you to succeed.
