About Tracy

I have 30+ years of experience in the workforce and have navigated many strong tides. From a mentor within Professional Women in Construction to a teacher to students of Healthcare Design & Strategy and mentor to new colleagues at Vogue Magazine, I am keenly aware of how to best communicate and contribute both internally and externally. My written communication skills are unmatched as is my intuition and awareness of surroundings, management and corporate atmospheres.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on confidential discussion about the situation and the objectives, followed by goal setting between myself and the student. I believe it's critical to set a goal and then work backward on a plan to reach it -- with accountability steps built in along the way.
