About Sin

I am a French tutor with 9 years of experience teaching high school and college students, having guided over 150 learners towards fluency and academic success. My teaching philosophy centres on personalised learning, adapting lessons to the student’s pace, interests, and goals to make language learning both effective and enjoyable.

I integrate interactive conversations, multimedia tools, role-playing exercises, and cultural exploration to ensure lessons are engaging and practical. My unique skill lies in simplifying complex grammar and vocabulary, helping students grasp concepts quickly while building confidence in their communication.

I strive to create a supportive, motivating, and student-centred environment, where learners feel encouraged to take risks, ask questions, and express themselves freely. Lessons are designed to combine academic rigour with practical application, preparing students to excel in both exams and real-world communication.

Teaching French is my passion, and my goal is to provide a tailored, engaging, and enriching experience that equips students with the skills, confidence, and cultural understanding they need to thrive.

About the lesson

My French teaching methodology combines practical experience with continuous practice. I use real-life case studies such as social conversations, professional meetings, airport dialogues, and academic tasks to help students understand real communication.

Grammar is taught clearly and practised immediately through exercises and discussions. Problem-solving tasks are included to improve thinking ability and confidence in speaking.

Motivation is very important in my classroom. I encourage students to practise regularly and track their progress. Integrity is one of my strongest values, and I treat every student fairly while providing honest feedback. I am flexible and adjust my teaching approach according to different learning styles and goals.

In addition to French, I also teach related subjects such as vocabulary building, pronunciation improvement, writing development, and exam preparation techniques. My goal is to make students comfortable and fluent in French communication.
