About MICAH
I started my nursing career as a practical nurse 24 years ago. I have worked in med/surg for most of my career which has given me a wide knowledge base. I have taught nursing students in a variety of settings including classroom and clinical settings.

My approach to teaching encompasses meeting the student where they are. I assess the student's needs and their individual goals, then make a plan accordingly. Nothing would make me happier than watching my students achieve their goals and keep growing. Nursing is a lifelong learning career.
