About Orla
As a flute tutor with 7 years of experience, I believe every lesson should inspire curiosity, confidence, and creativity. I teach school and college students and enjoy helping them discover their musical potential. My classes focus on breathing techniques, posture, rhythm, finger coordination, scales, tone production, and expressive playing.
I adapt every lesson to the student's pace, making learning enjoyable and stress-free. Throughout my teaching journey, I have celebrated many student achievements, from learning their first song to performing on stage with confidence.
Along with flute, I teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, rhythm practice, and performance preparation. My goal is to help students develop strong musical skills while enjoying every moment of the learning process.

I believe music education should inspire confidence, creativity, and discipline. My flute teaching methodology combines Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to help students enjoy learning while achieving steady improvement.
Students learn breathing exercises, posture correction, finger coordination, rhythm, note reading, and tone production before progressing to advanced musical skills. Lessons are always adapted to the student's learning speed and goals.
Motivation keeps students focused and excited about practice. Communication allows me to explain every topic in simple language with practical demonstrations. Integrity helps create a classroom built on honesty, patience, and mutual respect.
Creative lesson activities include classical music, movie songs, improvisation, ear training, rhythm games, listening sessions, and performance preparation. Besides flute, I also teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, rhythm development, and basic composition.
