About Alex
My name is Alex Valvano and i am a graduating Spanish minor from Villanova. I will also be attending Drexel Law on a full tuition scholarship next fall. I have been and will continue to be an active student and therefore understand the best way to learn a subject, especially languages. I tutored in Latin for two years so I have legitimate experience in teaching a language, specifically in grammer skills. Being a non native speaker of Spanish I am aware of what may confuse other non-native learners and the skills to focus on. I am also currently taking a course on Spanish pronunciation and will be able to share my knowledge on proper pronunciation specifically helpful to non-native learners who speak english.

My typical lesson plan is based on how I learned Spanish best. This would include learning basic grammer rules while also integrating everyday vocabulary and phrases. I will also teach proper pronunciation. I would best fit beginner learners of any age or high school and college students struggling in their Spanish classes.
