About Ezra

Hello aspiring musicians! My name is Ezra and I am a musician born and raised in New York. I am a classically trained violinist who is also trained in guitar, singing, and writing music. I love using my violin for all kinds of music, ranging from classical to pop and jazz. I have played violin on albums, I have toured, and have played at venues such as Carnegie Hall! I think I bring a holistic and flexible approach to music, and ultimately want to help you achieve your personal goals when it comes to learning music :)

About the lesson

If you take lessons with me, I will make learning the instrument accessible to your learning style, drilling basics and essential elements while also making learning fun. We will work on scales, arpeggios, and exercises while learning pieces that conceptualize the techniques we are learning. I have students who went from playing Suzuki to Mozart concertos in under 2 years.
