About Dominic
I am a violin tutor with 5 years of experience and a Master of Music in Violin Performance. I enjoy helping students discover that consistent practice and positive guidance can unlock their full musical potential.
My teaching approach is encouraging, flexible, and focused on each learner's progress. I create lessons that develop confidence, technique, and expressive performance through meaningful practice and supportive feedback.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing chamber music, studying classical compositions, and attending live concerts. These experiences help me bring practical knowledge and musical inspiration into every lesson.

My violin lessons are designed to help students build strong fundamentals while enjoying the beauty of music. We work on posture, bowing, intonation, rhythm, finger placement, tone production, listening skills, and smooth coordination through clear explanations and practical exercises. Every lesson supports confident and steady improvement.
As students advance, we introduce scales, shifting, vibrato, expressive phrasing, sight reading, ensemble playing, and concert preparation. I also teach relaxation techniques and focused practice methods that help learners perform comfortably while improving their musical expression.
My goal is to help every student become a confident violinist with strong technical skills and artistic understanding. Each lesson develops discipline, creativity, and enjoyment while encouraging lifelong musical growth.
