About Eden
I am a violin tutor with 9 years of teaching experience, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Classical Violin Pedagogy. My journey in music started at a young age when I developed a deep interest in string instruments and orchestral sound. Over time, I refined my skills through academic training and performance practice, which shaped my teaching approach.
I have worked with beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students preparing for performances and examinations. My focus is always on building strong fundamentals first, because I believe clarity in basics leads to long-term musical growth. I adapt my teaching style based on each student’s learning speed and comfort level.
Outside teaching, I continue to explore orchestral repertoire and chamber music. This helps me stay connected to real performance practice and bring fresh insights into my lessons. My goal is to help students become confident, expressive, and independent violin players.

My violin lessons focus on building a strong foundation where technique and expression grow together in a balanced way. I help students understand posture alignment, bow hold, finger accuracy, intonation stability, and tone production in a step-by-step manner. Each concept is broken into small, clear ideas so learners can absorb them without pressure. The goal is to make violin feel natural instead of overwhelming.
In every session, I include structured practice routines that improve coordination and listening skills. Students work on scales, arpeggios, rhythm exercises, and simple musical pieces depending on their level. I also guide them through slow practice methods so they can develop control and accuracy gradually. Mistakes are treated as part of learning, and corrections are given in a calm and supportive way.
As students grow, I introduce expressive playing, vibrato basics, shifting techniques, and musical phrasing. I encourage them to connect emotion with sound so their performance feels alive and meaningful. Over time, learners gain confidence not only in technique but also in stage presence and musical expression. My lessons aim to build both discipline and creativity together.
