About Cynthia
I am a violin tutor with 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Violin Education. I enjoy helping students discover that regular practice and supportive instruction can lead to rewarding musical growth.
My lessons are organized, encouraging, and adapted to each learner's pace. I believe confidence develops naturally when students understand every technique before moving forward.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing with community orchestras, arranging violin music, and exploring traditional folk melodies. These experiences help me create engaging lessons filled with practical musical knowledge.

My violin lessons provide students with a supportive environment where they can develop strong playing skills step by step. We focus on posture, bow technique, rhythm, finger accuracy, tone production, scales, intonation, string crossings, and expressive phrasing through practical exercises and enjoyable music. Every lesson encourages steady improvement while making learning enjoyable.
As students progress, we work on shifting, vibrato, sight reading, ensemble playing, performance preparation, musical interpretation, ear training, and effective practice planning. I provide clear demonstrations and encouraging feedback that help learners improve confidently while developing their own musical expression.
My goal is to help students become confident violinists who enjoy both learning and performing. Every lesson strengthens technical ability, artistic confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
