My aim is to provide the student with a set of transferable skills which can be used in any industry.
I like to take the lead from my students about the specifics they would like to learn more about, or to improve upon. Whether that be IT skills such as using Spreadsheets, or something more personable such as answering the telephone. Our initial session will be planning out your curriculum based on what you would like to learn!
I have many methods of working both one to one and in groups, examples include role play, practice with data entry and screen sharing.
I am happy to work however you like to get the skills you want, making you more confident in the workplace.
