About Bakshish
Hello! I’m Bakshish Kaur, a passionate learner and teacher of Indian classical music and personality development. Music has been my companion since I was just 3 years old. I’ve grown up listening to and learning from the legends — and now, singing is not just my talent, it’s my way of feeling and expressing life. Over the years, I’ve also learned how important it is to express yourself with confidence, whether it’s through your voice, your words, or your silence. That’s why I also help people find clarity, calmness, and confidence in their personality. I’m here to share what I’ve learned — not just the technical parts of sur and taal, but the emotion, energy, and courage that comes with owning your voice. Teaching gives me joy because I see my students grow — in confidence, in self-belief, and in how beautifully they begin to express themselves. I believe that your voice is your strength, and I’m here to help you discover it — whether you’re singing your first note or speaking your first line with confidence.
