About Marion
Open minded Personal Trainer (Canfitpro license) helps to improve your health and fitness with fun in your own individual way.
Originally from Germany, where I was working for a company called "90 days body challenge". Girls lost weight and got more motivation in a healthy and active life. In my opinion sport is not only necessary it should be fun to help your work-life-balance as well as help you to feel better.
Get self-confidence about the person who you are and be proud of yourself. Thats my motto.
I also offer Popup Fitness Outdoor at Mount-Royal Parc (pay what you can afford)
Myself, I am very passionate about obstacle races, I live a very healthy lifestyle - take care of my nutrition and fitness level.
