About Mpume
I’m a sports management graduate, I have coached for a year both private and group. I have worked in a private gym and I have run my own training programs for strength and conditioning. I’m currently working on obtaining a second degree overseas.

I have a philosophy for coaching which entails that the strategies used and created by me can be passed down to the youth where a child can pass it on to someone else. I strive on preparing my training sessions before hand and still be creative during the training sessions which makes the lessons more fun and interactive for the kids.
