I base my lessons on scientific evidence which i try to keep up with as often a possible. I love reading and listening to podcasts about diet and health. I am a friendly guy while also being disciplined. Living healthy is not a game for me. You only live once so I say live it to the full, not by eating everything you want but by having a healthy, good life, without fatigue, anxiety, eczema, rashes, arthritis, depression.
I am a pharmacist by profession however I have been researching what the best diet is for quite a while and it has nothing to do with my career as a pharmacist. Actually the more I research, the more I find out that medicine is overused and correcting our diet can be the answer to many of our health problems. Through scientific research i have started understanding what foods are good for us humans and what foods aren’t. I am not certified as a nutrition expert of any kind however i have definitely put in the research into it and am willing to bet that what i share with you will change how you view nutrition and a healthy diet. One requirement for this diet is that you eat meat. You will understand why soon enough!
