Deadly! Bastien is an excellent chef and baker. He will prepare you fully for your cooking class, providing you with detailed and well-organized grocery lists to ensure you have everything you need for your class. Bastien was very easy to communicate with in the lead-up to the cooking class. He was also very accommodating and told me that if I didn't have any of the cooking tools or pots/pans/casserole dishes, he would provide them. For example, I did not have a scale, and he was able to bring one for me to use. Bastien showed up to my place right on time. We started the cooking class soon after he arrived. Bastien was very friendly and patient and listened to my concerns and feedback. Bastien helped me with some of the jobs that I am less skilled at. For example, he taught me better knife skills, making me chop safer and quicker. The meal Bastien taught me how to prepare was called Hachis Parmentier Végétarien. It was very delicious, and I will make it again now that I know how. Bastien is a professional and has extensive experience in his past to backup his abilities. This is a very impressive resume for someone who teaches you at your home. Don't hesitate to book him. Bastien stayed until the end, ensuring that the recipe's result was perfect.
